After a catastrophic job interview, it's important to remember that everyone has off days and that one bad interview doesn't define your worth or abilities. It can be helpful to reflect on what went wrong and use it as a learning experience for future interviews. Engaging in self-care activities such as talking to a friend, going for a walk, or practicing relaxation techniques can also help in comforting yourself and regaining confidence. Remember to stay positive and keep in mind that there are always more opportunities out there. **
